Today we got big stuff done. All the base flooring, we moved the bundles of wood into each room, finished up all the little odds and ends. I stained and varnished all test strips. The pictures are all different sizes because the wood was different sizes.
Here are the options. The Left side is Semi Gloss, and the right is Gloss.(hard to tell a difference with the camera) Also here is a strip of all the wall colors.

I think I like the English Chestnut best. It's a little dark, to counter the lightness of the wall colors. It also appears to have more red in it, whereas the Provincial and Dark Walnut seem to have a little too much green. It seems to me that the greener floor finishes might look washed out with the green fabric and the 2 right-most color swatches.
