This is a huge relief to us because I have gone undiagnosed for many years. I have had bleeding and healing difficulties most of my life that worsened as I got older. We were told many times not to have children because of my risk of bleeding out, and they had no idea what was causing it. We are encouraged now that we know what we are facing and are hopeful. Right now my main concern is not passing it to Vienna, since she has a 50% chance of getting it from me. Even if she does it will be alright because we will know early on and be able to help her from birth.

We bought a very nice blender so I can make drinks full of greens needed to increase my bleeding factors, and an extra bonus is that I will be making all of Vienna's baby food when the time comes. So if any of you know of any foods that can help me prepare for delivery please let me know. I have been searching online but not finding anything concrete. Thanks so much!
EDIT: So far this is the info I have.
Eat a diet high in vitamin K. Foods that contain a measurable amount of this vitamin are alfalfa, broccoli, cauliflower, egg yolks, kale, liver, spinach, and all green leafy vegetables.
