I reread my camera's manual, but it felt like I was reading it for the first time. It's pathetic how little I knew after having it for over a year. *blushes* After reading, I started shooting all my pictures in RAW instead of JPEG (Basically RAW is a digital negative, it's uncompressed. Short answer.) I wasn't sure how much of a difference it would make. (Besides eating up my storage space.) Shooting JPEG my camera card will hold over 500 pictures. RAW it will only hold 105. Didn't sound too great at first, until I opened the images in my editing software! WOWZERS! Way more control. I will never go back to JPEG shooting. Ok... sorry for the nerdy tech babble... here is a couple pictures of Vienna Marelle. *Shot RAW* hehe.

It was dark and I didn't want to turn the lights on or use flash and wake Vienna so I shot it RAW. The image was a bit underexposed but I was able to fix the exposure without making it all grainy and ugly.

This one is my new favorite. Vienna LOVES bath time.
