We've FINALLY started the back yard. We are so excited. Now that Vienna is walking around we want to give her a finished back yard to play in. Tomorrow we are leveling the yard. Today Kyle cut down 2 trees.
Before picture. I really hate killing trees, but these were huge and the city comes every year and cuts the tops off, so they look terrible.
I told him to wear the helmet that the chainsaw rental came with but someone is stubborn. He pulled both trees down this way.

Vienna was watching the whole time, but when the tree fell she started crying. So we came inside and I didn't get pictures of the second tree. It was funny because Kyle pulled the branch and took of running as it fell.
I am sad they had to go, but glad to be starting our yard project.
