Well, I survived the hardest month ever! LOL. This class was fun, but very stressful. I had to...
1. Design and build a low-poly-count Human type character. I chose a BigFoot, Of course!
2. Rig him (Give him a skeleton so he can move)
3. Animate him.
4. Build a scene and all objects in that scene, and color it. I was disappointed I couldn't add textures. We could only color it using Lamberts. Which are chalky dull appearance.
5. Add lighting and shadows.
6. Render 144 frames (24 fps=6 seconds)
7. And finally make it into a movie using Final Cut Pro.
It's pretty simple, but in two years I will look back at this first animation and laugh and cherish it. I really can't believe I learned to do all of this in ONE month! Yippy!
Right now, I am relieved I finished on time and ready to move on to Psychology.
Setting: Bigfoot playing in a backyard.
